SOPHI Student Dashboard Help

A simple guide for getting the most out of your class dashboard.

Start Here

Your dashboard is your class home base. Use it to find daily resources, practice tools, quizzes, attendance, timeclock links, and study materials.

Best habit: open the dashboard at the start of class, then keep it open in a browser tab during class.

Main Tools

Daily Resources Study guides, quizzes, podcasts, crosswords, and links are released by class day.
Videos Watch assigned videos from the dashboard. Some videos support preview or in-page playback.
Quizzes Use quizzes to check your understanding. Your scores help you see where to review.
Flashcards Practice key terms and inspection concepts in short review sessions.
Attendance and Timeclock Use these tools as instructed by SOPHI staff so your class records stay accurate.

How To Use It Well

  1. Check the dashboard each class day before class starts.
  2. Open the daily resources first and complete anything assigned for that day.
  3. Take quizzes seriously, but use them as learning tools. A missed question shows you what to review.
  4. Use flashcards for short practice sessions instead of cramming all at once.
  5. Use the videos and study guides when a topic feels unclear after class.
  6. Ask for help when something does not load or when your dashboard does not match what the instructor is showing.

Troubleshooting

If something does not load

If your quiz or resource looks old

Refresh your browser page. SOPHI uses server-side cache files so the dashboard stays available even when Google is slow.

If you are on a phone

The dashboard is designed to work on phones, but it is easier to use in landscape mode or on a tablet/laptop during class.

Privacy Reminder

Do not share your login phone number or dashboard access with other people. Your dashboard is connected to your class records and quiz activity.
